🗺️ Trip Itinerary
- Departure: Early morning pickup from Muscat for a full-day mountain adventure.
- Scenic Drive: 3.5–4 hour drive through the Hajar Mountains, passing through Nizwa and Wadi Ghul.
- Balcony Walk: Moderate hike along the cliff edge of Jebel Shams, overlooking Oman’s Grand Canyon. Trail leads to an abandoned village with incredible photo stops along the way (approx. 5 km round trip).
- Via Ferrata Experience: Optional Add-on: Professionally guided iron path along the cliff. Requires harness and gear (provided). Safe and guided. For those with moderate fitness and no fear of heights.
- Return: Depart Jebel Shams in the late afternoon and return to Muscat by evening (Total trip time: 12–13 hours).
